Okay i had to reblog in order to finish my answer
so her boyfriend went to school in charlotte but lives in NJ since they have been together. He works for the airlines so it is easy for him to travel to charlotte but they have since broken up because they had their first face to face argument and did not know how to approach it or address it because before it has only been over the phone arguments no skyping either…so seeing each other’s body language for the first time in an argument was shocking and they both couldn’ handle it….. so at the end of the day i think that long distance relationships are not plausible at least for me… and if they do work you need to have started your relationship off local then moved away but a very serious relationship where one person would be moving soon to the other persons area and get married
I’m assuming most young people in long distance relationships don’t enter them by choice, more so by circumstance, i.e. one person happened to move away.
When I think about them, I personally don’t see the good unless you’re engaged or you see yourself with that person indefinitely. Of course…
